Procedure for Testing:
All raw material and finished products are tested by wet analysis process, Sampling and testing are done as per ISI / International standards.
To accomplish this objective, Jayesh GroupTM has set-up a analytical laboratory with the following testing facilities:
- Carbon & Sulphur Apparatus for the Analysis of Carbon & Sulphur.
- Hot Plates, Muffle Furnaces, Ovens, Balance, Glassware etc. for Elemental Analysis by conventional methods.
- Sieve shaker for checking mesh sizes.
- Adequate trained chemists for conducting the testing activities.
Other Activities:
- Manufactures of Low Carbon Nobel Ferro Alloys by Alumino Thermite Process.
- a. Grinding and Pulverising of Ferro Alloys, Metals & Minerals as per customer required size..
b. Stabilisation of Ferro Alloys & Metal Powders as per customer requirements. - Packing in 50 kgs HDPE Bags with inner Poly Bags or 100/200/250/500 kgs Drums or 1000 kgs Jumbo Bags as per customer requirements.
